We are looking to hire a Project Manager within our Rosyth office; however, the role does require occasional UK travel to our regional sites so a UK driving license is essential.
The role requires a candidate who has previous project management experience overseeing asbestos management or non-licenced remediation for local authorities or within the public sector.
They should also hold their P402, P403, P404 and P405 qualifications, and have extensive knowledge of all asbestos and H&S related legislation and guidance.
- As a Project Manager you will be responsible for
- Resource / diary management
- Managing relationships with the client and all relevant stakeholders
- Planning abatements and survey work in accordance with current legislation.
- Ensuring that financial performance of projects is achieved (clear and prompt invoicing)
- Splitting your time effectively between non-fee and on site fee earning activities
- Carrying out quotations, risk assessments and method statements
- Assisting the Quality Manager in auditing & monitoring in the maintenance of compliance of standards
- Compiling, reviewing, and issuing contract reviews in a timely manner
- Conducting and recording monthly client meetings
