We work closely with owner-managed businesses, providing not only accounting and tax compliance, but also proactive advice to help our clients grow and succeed. Our firm embraces cloud technology, modern systems and a personal approach to client service, allowing us to build long-term relationships with the businesses we support.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Senior Accountant with the ambition to progress into a Client Manager role. At Franks Accountants we pride ourselves on being approachable, supportive and genuinely invested in our clients and our team. Our focus is on building real relationships with our clients and helping them make better financial decisions — not just producing accounts once a year.
You’ll be joining a friendly and collaborative team that values professional development, modern working practices and excellent client service. This role is designed to develop into a Client Manager position, where you will ultimately manage your own portfolio of clients.
- Preparing statutory accounts for limited companies
- Producing management accounts
- Corporation tax and personal tax compliance
- Supporting clients with Xero and other cloud accounting software
- Minimum 3 years experience working in an accountancy practice
- Experience preparing accounts for limited companies
- Experience with VAT returns and management accounts
- Experience using cloud accounting software such as Xero
- ACCA / ACA qualified or studying
- Xero certified (preferred but not essential)
- Familiar with practice software such as IRIS
Most importantly, you will enjoy building relationships with clients and helping businesses succeed.
