You will be responsible for the commercial performance and day-to-day management of your assigned creators.
- Originate, pitch, and close brand partnership deals, driving consistent deal flow across your roster.
- Lead commercial negotiations (fees, usage, deliverables), escalating only where necessary.
- Own campaign delivery from brief through to final asset sign-off.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and production partners.
- Manage creator schedules, deadlines, and brand commitments, proactively preventing conflicts or delays.
- Advise on content direction, ensuring deliverables align with brand briefs and platform best practices.
- Identify and act on market trends and commercial opportunities relevant to your creators.
- Flag risks, delays, or resource gaps early and proactively.
Demonstrated experience in delivering talent management, influencer marketing, or similar projects.
Proven track record of securing and closing brand partnership deals independently.
Demonstrable ability to hit and exceed sales targets in a commercial, deal-driven environment.
Experience managing a sales pipeline end-to-end, from outbound prospecting and pitching through to contract close.
Confident negotiator who can lead commercial conversations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills can balance both creative and corporate industries.
