Franklyn’s Forum is a talent management and creative consultancy representing a curated roster of creators and writers across fashion, beauty, and culture.
This is a hands-on role in a lean, fast-growing business. You will operate with autonomy, manage deals end-to-end, and contribute directly to revenue. You should already be confident in managing campaigns and progressing deals independently.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN- You will be responsible for the commercial performance and day-to-day management of your assigned creators.
- Manage a portfolio of creators end-to-end, acting as their primary point of contact and strategic sounding board.
- Originate, pitch, and close brand partnership deals, driving consistent deal flow across your roster.
- Lead commercial negotiations (fees, usage, deliverables), escalating only where necessary.
- Own campaign delivery from brief through to final asset sign-off.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and production partners.
- Manage creator schedules, deadlines, and brand commitments, proactively preventing conflicts or delays.
- Advise on content direction, ensuring deliverables align with brand briefs and platform best practices.
- Identify and act on market trends and commercial opportunities relevant to your creators.
- Represent Franklyn’s Forum professionally across all external communications and interactions.
- You will manage your assigned creator’s campaign delivery and production.
- Oversee campaign execution from brief to final delivery.
- Coordinate production where required, including shoots, events, and activations.
- Manage external freelancers, suppliers, and partners.
- Ensure all deliverables are on time, on brief, and to a high standard.
- Flag risks, delays, or resource gaps early and proactively.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering talent management, influencer marketing, or similar projects.
- Proven track record of securing and closing brand partnership deals independently.
- Demonstrable ability to hit and exceed sales targets in a commercial, deal-driven environment.
- Experience managing a sales pipeline end-to-end, from outbound prospecting and pitching through to contract close.
- Strong understanding of deal structures, usage rights, and campaign delivery.
- Confident negotiator who can lead commercial conversations.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills can balance both creative and corporate industries.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, lean environment with evolving priorities.
- Commercially aware with strong judgment and attention to detail.
- Experience working directly with creators is preferred.
- Event and campaign production experience is a plus.
- Proactive and comfortable taking initiative in a fast-paced environment, driving work forward with minimal structure.
