The Role
The LLP would be interested in hearing from applicants who have worked in a Residential Conveyancing or New Homes Division. The ideal candidate who be able demonstrate their organisational skills, meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a team environment, whilst managing client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- To Liaise with the department Managers and Department Head to establish daily responsibilities.
- To attend office/department meetings and training sessions as required.
- To perform daily tasks which include.
- Filing of post.
- Production of work using the Office Management System.
- To liaise with clients both in the office and via telephone discussions.
- Checking and working in accordance with task list and daily reminders
- Ensuring that work is produced and signed off and post ready by 4pm.
- To provide cover for other paralegals/assistants during their absence.
- Meeting clients to receive documentation.
- Supporting the Firm with brand awareness activities, including networking, events and content for the website and social media channels.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Good standard of literacy, numeracy and attention to detail.
- Pleasant manner, flexible and co-operative.
- Ability to work on own initiative and take responsibility for quality of work.
- Good time management skills.
- Excellent client care.
