The predicted salary is between 34650 - 42350 £ per year.

The LLP would be interested in hearing from applicants who have worked in a Residential Conveyancing team and/or New Homes Division. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate their organisational skills, meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a team environment, whilst managing client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • To take initial instructions from clients and open files through the Office Management System.
  • To deal with client cases from initial instruction to completion under supervision.
  • Liaise with clients both in office meetings and in telephone discussions.
  • Receiving and issuing correspondence/mail from/to the client, agents instructed on behalf of the client and third parties.
  • Time recording all work undertaken.
  • Reporting to and receiving and acting upon instruction from the head of department.
  • Adherence to Quality and Work Management Systems.
  • To achieve key performance indicator targets, development targets and evaluate marketing of the team.
  • Attend training courses as required.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience within a busy Residential Conveyancing department/New Homes division.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility in support of other members of staff.
  • Familiarity with the Lexcel accreditation including completion of file reviews, CAR's and to follow procedures for case/file management.
