We are seeking an organized and proactive Post Completions Administrator who can prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Department Manager to establish daily responsibilities
- Perform daily core tasks, including filing post and files
- Produce work using the Office Management System, taking messages for the head of department and checking task lists and diary reminders
- Ensure all work is signed off by the head of department by 4:00 pm each day
- Cover for other assistants during absences such as lunch breaks
- Demonstrate good time management, communication skills and excellent client care
