The Role
- Liaise with clients face to face and over the phone
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure clients have a smooth and efficient experience
- File opening both physically and via our Case Management system
- Receiving and issuing correspondence and documentation to clients
- Report to the New Business Manager
Required Skills and Experience
- Adhere to the Firm’s compliance obligations
- Attention to detail and ability to cope under pressure within a busy environment
- Good standard of literacy and numeracy
- Previous experience within client facing environments is desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
