About the Department Talent Acquisition plays a critical role in supporting business growth by attracting, hiring and retaining exceptional talent across all regions and business areas.

Working closely with Talent Management, Human Resources Business Partners and senior leaders, the team combines recruitment expertise, workforce planning, market intelligence and talent insights to build future-ready talent pipelines and strengthen organisational capability.

You will be joining us at an exciting stage in our development, having recently implemented a talent intelligence platform we’re looking for someone to lead us through the next chapter of our journey, helping us navigate the opportunities and challenges ahead.

How You Will Add Value• Define and deliver Franklin Templeton’s global talent acquisition strategy.

  • Create a consistent global recruitment framework while allowing flexibility to meet regional market requirements.• Lead all recruitment activity worldwide across experienced hire, early career and executive.
  • Build a proactive talent strategy that strengthens organisational capability and succession planning.• Drive adoption of artificial intelligence and recruitment technologies.
  • Enhance employer branding and talent marketing strategies.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing global Talent Acquisition team.

  • Significant Talent Acquisition leadership experience within a global organisation.
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide recruitment strategies across multiple international markets.
  • Experience across executive, professional and early careers hiring.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Professional Human Resources or Talent Acquisition qualification preferred.
  • Executive Search, Workforce Planning or Talent Management certifications advantageous.

  • Deep understanding of recruitment technology and automation, including ATS, CRM platforms, recruitment marketing tools, talent intelligence platforms and AI platforms.• Strong workforce planning and organisational capability knowledge.
