About The Department

The EMEA Business Strategy department enables senior leadership and regional teams to operate effectively across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The team works closely with reception, facilities, and executive assistants to ensure professional office operations, high-quality visitor experiences, and smooth coordination for leadership activity.

How You Will Add Value

  • Oversee daily reception operations and ensure a professional front-of-house experience.
  • Manage reception coverage and adjust shifts to maintain full staffing.
  • Maintain high presentation standards across reception and meeting areas.
  • Lead, support, and monitor performance of the reception team.
  • Act as the main contact between reception, facilities, and support teams.
  • Coordinate senior visits, internal events, and external meetings.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and resolve scheduling issues.
  • Oversee leave, sickness cover, and workload allocation.
  • Ensure conference rooms are prepared and maintained to a high standard.
  • Support executive assistants with VIP visits and group meetings.
  • Provide executive assistant support to the Head of the Swiss office.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience in a corporate reception role.
  • Strong organisational and coordination capability.
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proactive approach to problem solving and decision making.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Confident user of Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Experience supporting or leading small teams.
  • Comfortable engaging with all levels of staff and visitors.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and accuracy.

Work Schedule & Location
