About the department
The Institutional Sales team drives growth by managing relationships with institutional clients across the UK, including pension schemes, insurers, consultants, and family offices. The team works collaboratively across investment, product, and client service functions to deliver tailored investment solutions and long-term partnerships. You will join a high-performing, relationship-driven environment that offers exposure to senior stakeholders, complex mandates, and opportunities to build a strong market reputation. We are ideally seeking experience across consultant and/or the insurance channels.

Core Responsibilities- Proactively promote investment strategies to institutional clients in the UK institutional market.
- Build relationships with institutional networks and consultants.
- Manage relationships with internal investment teams.
- Analyse market trends and identify product opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed defined sales targets.
- Represent the firm at client meetings and industry events.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across client channels.
- Support the development and execution of sales strategy.

What will help you be successful in this role
Experience, Education & Certifications- Bachelors or Masters degree, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in asset management with institutional client exposure ideally with strong knowledge of Consultants and/or Insurance channels.
- Strong network across institutional clients and consultants.
- Knowledge of institutional investment products and strategies.
- Understanding of macroeconomic trends and market dynamics.
- Familiarity with liquid and alternative investment solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders confidently.

Work Schedule & Location
