About the Department
Franklin Real Asset Advisors (FRAA) is a global investment platform focused on real estate and infrastructure. Since 1984, we have managed private equity real estate investments worldwide. Our teams in New York, London, and Calgary collaborate to identify opportunities using Franklin Templeton’s global network. How You Will Add Value
- Maintain and update fund-level financial models.
- Run scenario analyses and sensitivity tests.
- Prepare asset-level cash flow projections, including income, expenses, and capital expenditure forecasts.
- Monitor performance and provide variance analysis.
- Support investment reviews and optimisation strategies.
- Respond as required to ad hoc Investor enquiries, audit queries and RFPs related to the assets and portfolio.
- Support the asset management team in the preparation of power point presentations for Internal or External use.
- Liaise with property managers to obtain environmental and social data from tenants on a quarterly/annual basis as required for GRESB reporting.
- Build and maintain financial models in Excel and other tools for analysing asset management initiatives and determining hold/sell strategy.
- Take ownership of the internal valuation tracker to monitor changes in asset valuations from acquisition onward, incorporating FX and hedging rate adjustments.
What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
- Experience in asset management or portfolio analysis.
- Exposure to real estate or investment management is a plus.
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
- Strong financial modelling and valuation knowledge.
- Analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Clear communication and reporting skills.
Work Schedule & Location
- Standard hours: 9:00–17:30
- Hybrid: London office with flexible start times
- Occasional travel within Europe/UK
