Responsibilities
- Translate strategic priorities into clear objectives, outcomes and executable initiatives
- Lead strategic projects from initiation to closure with planning and governance
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies and stakeholder expectations across cross-functional teams
- Coordinate stakeholders across FTIS and Franklin Templeton with clear ownership and follow-through
- Structure complex problems, map current and future-state processes and propose practical recommendations
- Utilize business analysis techniques to define requirements and identify efficiency opportunities
- Apply automation, data analytics and AI to support delivery and improve ways of working
Key requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification (ideally in business, finance, technology, data analytics or related field)
- Strong understanding of investment management and interaction between investment teams, technology and operations
- Experience managing cross-functional projects, programs or strategic initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to define requirements and recommendations
- Proficiency with automation, data analytics and AI-enabled tools for solving business problems
- Commercial and business acumen with ability to link delivery to business value
