About the Department

Franklin Templeton’s Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) team drives strategic hiring initiatives to build a competitive edge through top-tier talent. The team collaborates across regions to deliver impactful early careers programmes. Joining GTA means working in a dynamic, mission-driven environment where innovation and collaboration are valued, and your contributions help shape the future workforce.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Programme Advisor, you will own the end-to-end delivery of the UK early careers programmes, ensuring the effective execution of hiring, onboarding and development activities for emerging talent. Acting as the UK point of contact for early careers, you will collaborate closely with the wider Talent Pipeline team, HR Business Partners, senior leaders and other global teams to deliver innovative, inclusive programmes aligned to business priorities.

How You Will Add Value

  • Lead, manage and evolve the Internship and Graduate programmes across Edinburgh and London.
  • Own the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for early careers programmes, building robust talent pipelines and delivering a high‑quality candidate experience.
  • Mentor and support graduates in securing rotational opportunities and driving their development.
  • Design inclusive sourcing strategies and manage early talent diversity partnerships.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure programme consistency and share best practice.
  • Enhance Franklin Templeton’s campus and early careers brand presence.
  • Design and deliver induction and skills training sessions for interns and graduates that challenge and inspire.
  • Build and manage strong stakeholder relationships to promote opportunities, raise awareness and drive engagement across the early careers space.
  • Foster strong external networks to track market trends.
  • Analyse recruitment data to drive continuous improvement.

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role

Experience, Education & Certifications

  • Experience delivering regional or Global early careers programmes.
  • Solid background within talent acquisition.

Technical Skills

  • Experience using Workday or similar applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong Microsoft Office capability.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organisation and time management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong capability to identify and engage high-potential early talent.
  • Proven ability to influence and build credibility with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

Work Schedule & Location

  • Full-time role, 35 hours per week.
  • Hybrid working with a minimum of two days in-office.
  • Location: Edinburgh.
