We focus exclusively on credit, building deep expertise across direct lending, structured credit, liquid credit, special situations, infrastructure debt and real estate.

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-focused individual to join our Liquid Credit Product Team. Liquid Credit encompasses Leveraged Loans, CLOs and Multi-Credit (Loans/High Yield/Structured Credit/Special Situations). Key responsibilities will include producing recurring deliverables (investor reports, commentaries), updating presentation decks, procuring data and building charts. The candidate will coordinate with teams across the business, for example corresponding with our Portfolio Analytics team to produce analysis for ad hoc queries. The role will require mastering end-to-end processes, including reaching out to relevant stakeholders across the business to ensure timely delivery. Anticipating issues, troubleshooting and managing expectations will be valued. Attention to detail and proactivity are key traits required in the role.
Example responsibilities:
- Overseeing and producing recurring monthly and quarterly investor deliverables, including fact sheets, commentaries, presentations and return data.
- Responding to ad-hoc investor and sales requests, procuring data to build slides and analysis to support sales efforts.
- Working with our AI team to integrate use of AI and ChatGPT within the workflow of regular recurring deliverables and ad-hoc requests.
- Address information requests/questionnaires from clients and consultants related to products (funds/separately managed accounts) across the Liquid Credit platform.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree is required, in a STEM subject or Economics.
- Some relevant experience is positive but not essential.
- Demonstrated interest in asset management/financial services/credit would be valued.
- Fluent English, excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Process-focused: ability to follow established procedures and workflows to ensure efficient operations, collaborating with teams across the business.
- Attention to detail: strong focus on accuracy and precision in all tasks and communications.
- Customer-focused: commitment to providing excellent service to investors and stakeholders.
- Technical skills: proficiency in data analysis/formulas in Excel, analyzing return data and building slides/charts in PowerPoint. A basic fluency in using ChatGPT is also valued.
- Product knowledge: Some understanding of credit would be positive or previous experience in a different asset class would also be valued. An ability and eagerness to develop knowledge with respect to BSP sub-investment grade credit strategies and wider business is essential.
- Self-sufficiency: Ability to show initiative, manage processes and deliver output independently once trained. Logical problem-solving skills are highly valued.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise numerous projects and tight deadlines.
- Professional, organized, accurate and extremely detail oriented.
