Institutional Client Service EMEA

Institutional Client Service EMEA supports institutional investors across Europe, the Middle East and Africa through ongoing servicing and relationship support. The team partners closely with Sales, Investment and Operational teams to deliver an exceptional client experience. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality day-to-day service, building trusted client relationships and ensuring client needs are understood and addressed effectively. Joining the team offers exposure to international clients, investment products and cross-functional collaboration, providing a strong foundation for developing a career within asset management and client services.

How you will add value

  • Provide servicing support to Institutional Client Account Managers and institutional clients across EMEA.
  • Coordinate routine client enquiries, requests and lower-complexity client events.
  • Support the Institutional Client Account Managers with onboarding for new mandates and client transitions.
  • Maintain accurate client records and audit trails.
  • Provide support coordinating client meetings, materials and follow-up actions.
  • Support invoicing, reporting and contractual processes.
  • Prepare service metrics and performance dashboards.
  • Assist with requests for proposals and due diligence activities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across business and support functions.
  • Contribute to process improvements and team projects.
  • Support regulatory, audit and business continuity activities.
  • Progressively take ownership of the day-to-day servicing of an assigned portfolio

What will help you be successful in this role

Experience, Education & Certifications

  • Experience in areas such as client service, onboarding, operations, project coordination within Financial Services
  • Exposure to client-facing, analytical or team-based environments.
  • Interest in financial services and institutional investing.
  • Asset management experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Willingness to travel when required.

Technical Skills

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management systems.
  • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence-enabled tools.
  • Additional European language, particularly German or Italian, would be advantageous.

  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage data accurately.
  • Sound judgement and a proactive mindset.
  • Collaborative and relationship-focused approach.

Work Schedule & Location

Hybrid working model, with 4 days per week in the office.
