Within the Global Client Group (GCG), the Director-Strategy & Analytics will serve as a strategic thought partner to GCG and firm leadership, synthesizing firmwide flow trends, product performance, market dynamics, and revenue implications into clear, executive-ready insights. This role sits at the intersection of distribution, finance, and investor communications—translating complex business drivers into cohesive narratives that inform earnings messaging, strategic planning, and senior leadership decision-making. The Director will lead a small team responsible for delivering forward-looking analysis and actionable insights that shape how the firm articulates business performance internally and externally.
Key Mandate- Translate global sales flows, AUM shifts, product mix trends, and market context into clear, data-driven insights and narratives that inform:
- Quarterly earnings messaging

- Analyze gross and net flows across channels, regions, and asset classes to identify key performance drivers.
- Evaluate AUM mix shifts and their implications for revenue, margin, and long-term growth.
- Synthesize internal performance data with external market and competitive context.
- Identify emerging trends and proactively flag risks and opportunities.
- Model fee revenue impacts across distribution channels, vehicles, and product types.
- Assess pricing, mix, and market-driven revenue sensitivities.
- Partner with Finance to align revenue forecasting assumptions with distribution trends.
- Support scenario modeling tied to strategic initiatives and market volatility.
- Partner closely with Investor Relations to develop earnings materials and supporting analytics.
- Build narrative frameworks explaining quarterly performance drivers.
- Anticipate investor and analyst questions and prepare supporting materials.
