About the Department

The Business Strategy team for Europe, Middle East and Africa and the Americas (excluding the United States) supports key individuals across Private Markets, Sales Enablement, and the wider team.

Working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders across the organisation, the team helps drive strategic priorities, coordinate business operations, and deliver high-quality executive support.

This is a collaborative environment where employees gain exposure to senior stakeholders, complex business activities, and international teams.

  • Strategic Support
  • Support execution of key business priorities.
  • Partner with senior leaders and distribution teams.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external communications.
  • Diary & Travel Management
  • Manage executive and team calendars.
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel.
  • Prepare detailed itineraries and expense reports.
  • Executive & Administrative Assistance
  • Provide day-to-day support to senior executives.
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare materials in advance.
  • Manage correspondence, invoices, and expense reporting.
  • Act as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate legal document execution and related processes.
  • Organise departmental events and business activities.
  • Prepare professional presentations, documents, and reports.
  • Welcome visitors and support office operations.
  • Analyse information and support business initiatives.
  • Partner with Technology and Facilities teams
  • Coordinate arrangements for visiting staff.
  • What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role

Experience, Education & Certifications: Extensive executive assistant or senior administrative experience.

Experience supporting senior leaders in a corporate environment.

Financial services experience is advantageous.

Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office, Teams and Share Point proficiency. Strong document, presentation, and spreadsheet skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Soft

Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.

Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.

Sound judgement and confidentiality handling.

Strong problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to work independently and proactively.

Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule & Location

Full time with a minimum four days per week in the office.
