Steel Fixers – Top of the South Island
We are looking for skilled Steel Fixers for several projects at the top of the South Island (West Coast, Nelson and Blenheim) immediate start available.
If you have solid experience installing reinforcing steel and tying reo, we want to hear from you.
The Role
- Installing and positioning reinforcing steel (reo bar)
- Steel tying and securing reinforcement to plans and specifications
- Working efficiently and safely as part of a construction team
- Maintaining high-quality workmanship and site safety standards
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Steel Fixer / Reo Installer
- Skilled in reo bar installation and steel tying
- Reliable, hardworking and physically fit
- Able to work well within a team
- Own reliable transport
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Strong commitment to health and safety

- $27 – $32 per hour, depending on experience and skill level
