An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Head Teacher to join a specialist educational setting for students aged 11-19 with SEN and disabilities.

As Deputy Head Teacher, you will work alongside the Headteacher to deliver a values-driven approach, combining high support and high challenge. Your role will involve a minimal teaching commitment of six hours per week, but your primary focus will be leadership, ensuring the highest standards of education and care are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage teams to deliver a \βQuality of Education\β aligned with organisational values.
Maintain a strong understanding of Ofsted requirements to guide the school toward achieving an outstanding rating.
Motivate and support both staff and pupils, using a person-centred approach.
