An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Head Teacher at a specialist school supporting students aged 11-19 with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

About the Role

As an Assistant Head Teacher, you will take on senior leadership responsibilities, including behaviour management and ensuring the quality of education, alongside a teaching commitment of approximately 40% of your workweek.

The school offers a personalised curriculum that includes academic subjects, vocational training, and life skills development. Facilities include sensory activity rooms, a library, science laboratories, and co-regulation spaces, creating a nurturing and adaptable environment for learning.

Key Responsibilities
