Trainee Contract Recruitment Consultant (USA desk)

This is an entry-level role in our US contract team, where you will learn how to connect in-demand tech talent with leading businesses, build your own market, and grow into a specialist recruiter.
What you will be doing
- Building relationships with clients and candidates in the US tech market
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing high-quality contract professionals
- Writing job adverts and managing your candidate pipeline
- Supporting the full recruitment process from first call through to offer and start date
- Working closely with senior consultants to understand market trends and hiring needs
- Bringing ideas, energy, and enthusiasm to a collaborative, sales-driven team
