We are looking for two SC‑cleared Logistics Co‑ordinators based near Wokingham to support a high‑volume IT logistics and device‑management operation. This role sits within a busy warehouse environment and supports joiners, leavers, break‑fix requests, device refresh projects, and general warehouse activity. You’ll be part of a hands‑on team ensuring devices are processed, tracked, shipped, and recorded accurately across multiple systems while meeting strict SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
- Service ticket management — Work within the customer’s ITSM platform, ensuring all tasks meet SLA requirements.
- System updates — Maintain alignment between customer systems and internal Xeretec systems through accurate manual updates.
