Location: Birmingham, London, or Manchester (Hybrid)

Your Role

As a Software Sales Specialist, you’ll be instrumental in driving growth by leveraging our cutting-edge software and licencing solutions. This role focuses on creating impactful relationships with customers, helping them achieve success through innovative solutions across:

  • Data & AI
  • Modern Workplace
  • Security
  • Digital Automation + ITSM

The ideal individual would have a good knowledge of some (not all) of the following vendors: IBM, Red Hat, Veeam, Microsoft, Citrix, CrowdStrike, Fortinet, Palo Alto, ServiceNow, Azul, Adobe, 4ME, and Veritas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve annual gross margin targets through effective sales execution.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline in collaboration with internal branch teams.
  • Qualify opportunities to focus on high-probability deals.
  • Navigate competitive landscapes, showcasing differentiators that position us as a trusted partner.
  • Identify repeatable customer challenges to influence product/service roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with other business units to cross-sell solutions and grow overall revenue.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven success in selling Software Licencing and Software Asset Management solutions.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs, fostering partnerships, and delivering solutions that add value.
  • Ambitious, action-oriented, and resilient with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • The ability to challenge conventional thinking and offer fresh perspectives.
  • Experience working with Public or Private sector clients.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
