We’re hiring an Account Manager to take ownership of a large, high-profile managed services account within a complex enterprise environment. This is an opportunity to step into a well-established account with strong existing relationships, a solid delivery structure already in place, and clear scope to grow the contract over the coming months / years.

The role involves managing an existing End User Computing / managed services contract, while identifying opportunities to expand services across the wider customer environment. The account is already active and well embedded, so the initial focus will be on maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring the service is running effectively, and then building on that foundation to drive growth. This role will involve working closely with a major outsourcing partner and engaging with stakeholders across a large, fast-moving customer account.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a large existing managed services account
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and delivery teams
  • Ensure the current contract is running effectively and relationships are well maintained
  • Identify and convert opportunities for further service growth across the account
  • Support growth across End User Computing and potentially wider service areas such as managed services, networking, security, data centre, or adjacent offerings where relevant
  • Spend time on-site in London building face-to-face relationships with stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in account management within IT services, managed services, or IT solutions
  • Good understanding of End User Computing (EUC) and operational service delivery
  • Background in services-led environments, rather than purely product or hardware sales
  • Ability to manage and grow established customer relationships
  • Commercial mindset, with the ability to spot and develop new opportunities within an existing account
  • Confident working across a large and sometimes complex stakeholder environment
  • Public sector experience would be useful, but is not essential

What’s on offer:

  • Salary up to £55,000
  • OTE circa £50,000
  • Car allowance on top
  • Opportunity to inherit a warm, active account with strong existing foundations
  • Location: London / hybrid
  • Expected on-site presence around 2–3 days per week
