Our client is looking for a Service Delivery Analyst to join a growing Managed Services function, supporting service performance, lifecycle management, reporting, and continuous improvement activity across a varied client base.

  • Producing SLA/KPI reports and service performance dashboards
  • Tracking technology lifecycle milestones, renewals, warranties, and support status
  • Supporting service review meetings and improvement initiatives
  • Maintaining accurate operational documentation and service records
  • Analysing trends and identifying areas for service enhancement
  • Experience within IT support, service delivery, MSP, or service management environments
  • Strong reporting and data management skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly Excel
  • ITIL Foundation certified (or willing to work towards it)
  • Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or Autotask
  • Exposure to asset management or technology lifecycle processes
  • Interest in progressing towards Service Delivery Management
