- What you will be doing – Senior Recruitment Consultant
- Source and chase leads to win new business within your technical niche.
- Networking with clients to maximize the RIO of key accounts.
- Build relationships and increase client commitment through client entertainment and meetings.
- Collaborate with the FF delivery teams to ensure excellent service to both clients and candidates
- Leveraging multiple headhunting techniques to find the best talent.
- Utilizing relationship building skills to effectively manage candidates through the recruitment process.
- Proactively problem solving any barriers to placement.
