We are looking for a Senior Consultant (SC) to join our dynamic Consulting Services team. As a key member of the Delivery function, the SC will be responsible for the high-quality design, implementation, and delivery of infrastructure solutions — with a focus on Windows, Active Directory and Microsoft technologies. This is a hands-on technical consulting role, ideal for a professional who thrives in complex environments, can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality consulting services as part of a collaborative project team.
- Lead small to medium-scale infrastructure engagements or act under the direction of senior delivery leads on larger projects.
- Design and implement infrastructure solutions, primarily around Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server, and Azure environments.
- Provide technical consultancy to clients and internal teams, ensuring solutions meet business and technical needs.
- Mentor junior consultants and support their development within the practice.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of consulting methodologies and service delivery standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on trust, transparency, and excellence.
Key Skills & Expertise
- Experience working in a MSP, Service Provider or Vendor.
- Active Directory Design & Implementation – experience with complex AD infrastructures including multi-domain and multi-forest environments.
- Group Policy Management – designing and deploying GPOs to manage security and configurations.
- Windows Server Architecture – deploying and supporting scalable and highly available Windows Server solutions.
- ADFS & ADCS Implementation – implementing identity and certificate services for secure enterprise environments.
- Azure Deployment – experience designing and delivering solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a larger team.
