We're working with a global Law Firm seeking a Senior Application Analyst to join a global technology team supporting a diverse portfolio of legal and business applications in a modern cloud and SaaS environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on understanding how technology ecosystems fit together. Rather than being a specialist in a single platform, you'll play a key role in ensuring systems are secure, integrated, reliable, and continually evolving to meet business needs.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing 3rd line support across a portfolio of enterprise applications
- Acting as a technical lead for assigned systems and platforms
- Supporting SaaS and cloud-based technologies, ensuring stability and performance
- Working with APIs, integrations, data flows, identity management, and reporting solutions
- Collaborating with infrastructure, security, architecture, development, project, and business teams
- Driving service improvements, system enhancements, and technology adoption
- Producing and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge articles
- Supporting change, release, incident, problem, and risk management processes
- Advising stakeholders on technology roadmaps and future platform direction
What We're Looking For
- Experience supporting enterprise legal and business applications within a professional services environment, particularly iManage, InTapp, and Elite 3E
- Exposure to platforms such as document management, practice management, CRM, workflow, or productivity systems
- Strong understanding of SaaS applications and cloud technologies
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations, SQL, and system interoperability
- Experience with identity and access management, SSO, and authentication technologies
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, Power BI, and modern data/reporting platforms
- Aware of security best practices, governance, and risk management
- Understanding of ITIL-aligned service management processes
- Interest in emerging technologies, automation, and generative AI
