Location: Basingstoke – Hybrid

Salary: £30,000 – £38,000

A fast-growing multinational Managed Service Provider are seeking a Sales Operations Executive to join their UK Sales Operations Team.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to play a pivotal role in the sales cycle. Whether you’re a recent graduate or have prior experience in a similar role, you’ll contribute directly to the efficiency and success of a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Operations Executive, you will play a dynamic and integral role in ensuring the seamless execution of the sales cycle – including quoting, order processing, and invoicing – while also supporting wider business functions as needed. You will work on the company’s CRM/ERP systems on a daily basis, collaborate closely with sales account managers to assist with compiling quotes for customers, and manage communications within a busy shared mailbox environment.

Success in this role requires a proactive mindset, a strong drive to learn and improve, and a commitment to achieving results. The ideal candidate will be detail-orientated, focused, and highly organised.
