We're working with a growing technology services organisation that is seeking an experienced Head of Service to build and lead a new function responsible for the commercial, contractual, and operational governance of its Managed Services portfolio. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for ensuring services are commercially viable, operationally scalable, and consistently delivered in line with contractual commitments.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the governance of Managed Services contracts throughout their lifecycle.
- Acting as the key decision-maker on service viability, risk, and commercial sustainability.
- Owning service onboarding and mobilisation governance.
- Driving service improvement initiatives, margin protection, and operational excellence.
- Partnering with Sales, Presales, Finance, and Delivery teams to ensure services are designed and contracted for success.
- Building and leading a team focused on service governance, lifecycle management, and service delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience within an MSP environment (ESSENTIAL)
- Proven success in establishing or improving service governance and contract management functions.
- Deep understanding of SLAs, KPIs, contractual risk, change control, and service improvement.
- Commercially astute, confident in challenging stakeholders, and comfortable making difficult decisions.
- A strategic leader who can also operate hands-on when required.
