What You’ll Be Doing
As a BDR, you’ll be the engine of the sales team - generating new opportunities and building the pipeline. Your day-to-day will include:
- Proactively reaching out to prospective clients (cold calling & outbound outreach)
- Following up on marketing-driven leads and turning interest into opportunity
- Asking smart, targeted questions to uncover business needs
- Booking qualified meetings for senior sales colleagues to close
- Tracking all activity in Salesforce CRM
- Building strong relationships with decision-makers over time
- Learning the company’s solutions inside out and communicating value clearly
Who We’re Looking For
- Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-focused
- Comfortable picking up the phone and speaking to new people daily
- A strong communicator with confidence and energy
- Keen to build a long-term career in sales
- Ideally experienced in B2B sales, lead generation, or IT/Service Management (bonus, not essential)
