Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for driving business process efficiencies through IT solutions? We are looking for a skilled professional to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale projects — initially focusing on HR systems but also spanning applications, end-user services, and infrastructure. You must have completed at least 1 SAP SuccessFactors migration from end to end.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business needs and IT strategy
- Leading cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to deliver results
- Overseeing HR systems implementations, particularly SAP SuccessFactors
- Defining project scope, budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
- Driving stakeholder engagement and ensuring seamless communication
- Monitoring progress and adapting plans to meet project goals
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in large-scale end-to-end Project Management
- Strong knowledge of HR systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors
- Expertise in business application replacement projects
- Ability to manage complex project data and make informed decisions
- Familiarity with PRINCE2, PPM tools, and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in project management software (Microsoft Project, Jira, etc.)
Desirable: PMP or PRINCE2 certification, HR background, experience with Hire-to-Retire processes.
