An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in a fully onsite capacity at our London office. This is a hands-on role suited to an enthusiastic and driven individual with 2 to 5 years of experience in IT support. You’ll be part of a close-knit team supporting all areas of the business, ensuring a high level of technical support and seamless user experience. You’ll demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, remain calm under pressure, and thrive in a dynamic environment that values initiative, flexibility, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide responsive and high-quality IT support to users via the internal Helpdesk.
  • Deliver IT inductions to new joiners as part of the onboarding programme.
  • Maintain and upgrade systems, improving processes and identifying root causes of technical issues.
  • Manage and support desktops, mobile devices, telecoms, and security systems.
  • Collaborate with and support third-party vendors and service providers.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and service records accurately.
  • Contribute to the smooth daily running of the office environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Solid understanding of Windows 11 configuration and security best practices.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 apps and services (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive).
  • Exposure to Intune, Defender, Autopilot.
