This is a senior-level specialist role in our perm team, where you will connect in-demand tech and GMT talent with leading businesses and build your own market.

What you will be doing:

  • Building relationships with clients and candidates in the US market
  • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing high-quality contract professionals
  • Writing job adverts and managing your candidate pipeline
  • Supporting the full recruitment process from first call through to offer and start date
  • Working closely with senior consultants to understand market trends and hiring needs
  • Bringing ideas, energy, and enthusiasm to a collaborative, sales-driven team
