What we're looking for Previous experience in a 1st Line Support, Service Desk or Technical Support ro le.
Good understanding of networking fundamentals including routing, switching, TCP/IP and connectivity troubleshooti ng.
Experience using ITSM/ticketing systems in an SLA-driven environme nt.
Strong customer service and communication skil ls.
A networking certification such as Cisco CCNA, Comp TIA Network+ or Juniper JNCIA, or currently working towards o ne.
Desir able ITIL Foundat ion.
Experience within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environm ent.
Exposure to Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet or Palo Alto technolog ies.
Experience with network monitoring and alerting to ols.
