We are looking for an experienced Senior Platform Engineer (SPE) to join our Delivery team and play a key role in delivering high-quality technical engineering services to our customers. You will work within a designated Practice area, either as part of a wider delivery team or leading the technical delivery of small to medium-sized engagements. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you will act as a technical authority, designing and implementing robust infrastructure solutions and providing consultancy to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will also play an important role in mentoring junior engineers and contributing to the ongoing development of the team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver high-quality technical engineering and consultancy services to customers
- Lead or contribute to the technical delivery of customer engagements
- Design and implement complex infrastructure and platform solutions
- Act as a technical expert within your domain
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Work independently or as part of larger project teams
- Mentor junior team members and support team development
- Ensure project milestones and customer deadlines are met

Technical Skills & Experience
- Experience with tools such as (but not limited to): Zabbix, Grafana, Cribl, Prometheus, Ansible, Terraform, Puppet/Chef, VAST, WEKA
- Exposure to GPU technology
- VMware ecosystem experience including (highly desirable): VCF, SRM, HCX, VCDA, VVF, NSX
Required Experience
- 5+ years in a consulting environment designing and delivering customer solutions
- 5+ years in solution design and deployment
- 5+ years hands-on experience with the technologies listed above
- Proven track record of delivering successful customer projects
Certifications
- Relevant, current technical certifications
- Willingness to undertake SC Clearance
