They are looking to appoint a Network Operations Engineer to proactively monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot customer networks, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

You will need:
- Experience with GPON/XGSPON technology is ESSENTIAL
- Good understanding of optical CWDM and DWDM technologies
- Experience in network monitoring and incident management
- Strong knowledge of IP, OSPF, BGP, and MPLS networks (Juniper preferred)
- Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios)
- Troubleshooting and root cause analysis experience
- Strong communication skills, both technical and non-technical
