In this role, you will be a key part of our operations team—owning customer issues, ensuring smooth network performance, and supporting senior engineers with project delivery and infrastructure enhancements.
What You Will Do- Customer Support & Incident Handling
- Take ownership of technical support requests, ensuring they are managed professionally from start to finish.
- Diagnose and resolve issues independently or alongside the wider engineering team.
- Maintain service levels through fast, accurate troubleshooting.
- Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues throughout each step of the process.
