- Effectively onboard new starters clearly outlining Franklin Fitch values and standards.
- Co‐ordinate relevant training sessions for Trainees.
- Deliver high quality training using a variety of mediums including classroom, virtual, video and coaching.
- Implement blended learning options such as coaching, mentoring, shadowing, classroom training, e‐learning, and simulation.
- Effectively use KPI data to monitor performance within Trainees.
- Utilise Monthly Business Reviews, Set Ups and Debrief to positively influence Trainees productivity.
- Use a range of feedback techniques to continuously develop Trainee Recruitment Consultants.
- Consistently set SMART targets with Trainee Consultants that align with business goals.
- Facilitating learning interventions in response to Team Leads requests.
- Execute best in class recruitment practice across the full recruitment lifecycle (client and candidate).
- Lead the client onboarding process from lead to fill, showcasing a commercially beneficial and compliant process.
- Understand the status of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant on the learning lifecycle and deliver intervention, training and feedback accordingly.
