We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Field Engineer to join our team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent technical support for our clients working across the financial sector within London. My client is looking for someone with MSP Field Engineer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and networking equipment.
- Provide on-site and remote support to clients in London.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and technical support provided.
- Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking.
- Experience providing 2nd line technical support.
