What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering onsite IT support to a diverse customer base across London and surrounding areas.
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and cloud-related issues.
- Providing remote support via telephone, email, and remote access tools.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and updating support tickets throughout the issue lifecycle.
- Escalating incidents where appropriate and collaborating with senior technical teams.
- Supporting Microsoft cloud and on-premise environments.
- Building strong working relationships with end users and key stakeholders.
- Contributing to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the support team.
- Acting as a trusted technical advisor and delivering exceptional customer service.
Skills & Experience Required
- MSP experience is ESSENTIAL!
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a 2nd Line Support, Service Desk, or IT Support role.
- At least 1 year of field engineering experience supporting multiple client sites.
- Previous experience working within an IT Managed Services, IT Support, or Technology Services environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across a broad range of technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and development.
