This is an opportunity to take ownership of enterprise AI strategy, influence senior stakeholders, and lead the adoption of Microsoft's rapidly evolving AI ecosystem.
What you'll be doing
- Lead the technical strategy for Microsoft 365 Copilot and enterprise AI capabilities.
- Define standards, governance frameworks and best practices for AI adoption across the organisation.
- Evaluate emerging Microsoft AI technologies and determine how they can deliver measurable business value.
- Design reference architectures and reusable patterns for Copilot, Copilot Studio and the wider Power Platform.
- Drive the development of secure, scalable AI-powered solutions using Microsoft technologies.
- Support end-to-end solution delivery, from architecture and data readiness through to deployment and integration.
- Review solution designs to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security and compliance requirements.
- Lead proof-of-concepts and technical innovation initiatives to assess new AI capabilities.
- Work closely with architecture, engineering, security and business stakeholders to deliver practical AI solutions that improve productivity.
- Act as the subject matter expert for Microsoft AI technologies, providing technical leadership across multiple teams.
What we're looking for
- Strong experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
- Experience designing enterprise AI solutions and intelligent automation using the Microsoft stack.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Graph, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric and Entra ID.
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
- Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering and responsible AI principles.
- Experience preparing enterprise data for AI, including governance, permissions and content lifecycle management across SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and Dataverse.
- Understanding of Microsoft security, compliance and identity controls.
- Ability to influence technical strategy and engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience delivering AI solutions within a large enterprise or highly regulated environment would be highly advantageous.
