We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Systems Administrator to take the lead on managing and optimising our IT infrastructure — with a strong focus on Linux automation, and enterprise-grade system performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Administer and monitor enterprise systems, ensuring high availability in a Linux environment.
  • Lead and manage a VMware virtualised environment: upgrades, provisioning, and performance tuning
  • Automate infrastructure using tools like Ansible, PowerShell, or Bash
  • Implement robust backup and disaster recovery strategies
  • Enforce security measures, conduct audits, and ensure compliance
  • Troubleshoot complex system issues and support continuous improvement
  • Document system configurations and generate performance reports

What You’ll Bring

  • 6+ years in systems administration or infrastructure engineering
  • VMware experience (upgrade, provisioning, tuning)
  • Strong skills in Ansible and other automation/scripting tools
  • Solid Linux/Windows OS knowledge
  • Experience with Red Hat Satellite and patching infrastructure
