Are you a Learning Designer passionate about shaping the future of workplace learning through AI-driven platforms?

We’re seeking an Enablement Learning Designer to join a global trading and investment leader, working within the Trading Services function to design and deliver cutting-edge digital learning experiences. You’ll play a key role in empowering teams with the skills and confidence to deliver world-class customer service and master complex financial products — all through intelligent, adaptive learning systems.

What will you do?

✅ Design & Develop Learning Content

Apply proven instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM) to create engaging, measurable digital learning — including eLearning, microlearning, videos, simulations, and digital job aids.

🤖 Drive AI-Powered Learning Innovation

Leverage AI-enabled platforms (such as Sana, Docebo, or Cornerstone) to build personalised learning paths, automate reinforcement, and use analytics to continuously optimise content.

🤝 Collaborate Across Teams

Partner with experts across Trading Services, Product, and Compliance to transform complex financial concepts into accessible, impactful learning experiences aligned with business and regulatory goals.

🚀 Champion Continuous Improvement

Promote learning agility and innovation by exploring emerging technologies and embedding AI-driven approaches into the global learning strategy.

What do you need?

• 3–5 years’ experience in instructional or learning design within a corporate or customer service environment.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered learning platforms (Sana, Docebo, Cornerstone AI, etc.).
• Proficiency in digital learning tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, Camtasia, or Adobe Captivate.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills to measure and enhance learning impact.

Bonus points for:

• Knowledge of financial services, fintech, or trading products.
• Experience designing customer service or product training for global audiences.
• Familiarity with conversational AI, chatbots, or knowledge management systems.
