This role is ideal for an IT professional who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments and excels in delivering top‑tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Support: Deliver 1st class IT operational support, particularly in Trackside & TestOps areas, ensuring uninterrupted service during race seasons.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with a small, specialised team to support key stakeholders and maintain exceptional IT service.
  • Race Day IT Support: Provide dedicated 24/7 remote support to trackside staff during high‑pressure race days and testing.
  • Service Excellence: Prioritise tasks effectively and manage customer expectations, delivering technical and operational solutions within strict SLAs and deadlines.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to IT services and processes to improve reliability, performance, and security.
What You’ll Need
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office/365, Active Directory, Group Policy Management, and networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WAN, LAN). Experience with storage systems and performance monitoring tools is beneficial.
  • Customer Service Focus: A strong, customer‑centric attitude with the ability to consistently deliver excellent service.
  • ITIL Knowledge: ITIL Foundation certification is required, along with practical experience in service management.
  • Team Player: Ability to build positive relationships within the team and with external partners, while providing additional support when needed.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to provide out‑of‑hours support, including on‑site trackside and race team assistance, on a rota basis.
