Senior Recruitment Consultant at Franklin Fitch

Our client is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Support Analyst to join their team on a fixed-term basis. From day one, you’ll play a key role in shaping and maintaining their hybrid cloud infrastructure, driving platform improvements, and ensuring operational excellence.

What you will do

  • Implementing, configuring, and maintaining platform technologies across cloud and on-premise environments.
  • Providing expert-level support, resolving critical incidents, and engaging with third-party vendors when needed.
  • Leading and delivering infrastructure projects, coordinating with architects and technical teams.
  • Managing patching, backups, disaster recovery, and reporting to ensure high system availability.
  • Documenting solutions and contributing to operational processes and technical standards.
  • Mentoring team members and promoting best practices across the technology function.

What you need

  • Windows infrastructure: AD, DHCP, DNS, Windows Server 2012–2019, AD-FS.
  • Office 365 administration: Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, Skype for Business.
  • Virtualisation technologies: VMware vSphere, Nutanix, and other HCI solutions.
  • Core networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, routing, and firewalls.
  • Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (Citrix/VMware).
