IT Support Engineer

Salary: £26,000 – £30,000

Location: Basingstoke (Fully Onsite)

A growing and expanding MSP are looking for a IT Support Engineer to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to play a key role in supporting internal operations and driving continuous improvement in a collaborative environment.

About the Role:

As an IT Technician, you’ll work closely with the IT Manager and other departments to ensure the seamless day-to-day running of systems and devices. This is a varied and hands-on position that will suit someone with strong organizational skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a proactive approach to tackling challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level support for hardware and software issues
• Set up and configure IT equipment for new employees
• Support A/V systems and assist during in-office events
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and user guides
• Track and manage IT asset inventory
• Ensure IT systems and devices remain secure
• Deliver end-user support and training when needed
