We are looking for two SC‑cleared Logistics Co‑ordinators based near Wokingham to support a high‑volume IT logistics and device‑management operation. This role sits within a busy warehouse environment and supports joiners, leavers, break‑fix requests, device refresh projects, and general warehouse activity.

You’ll be part of a hands‑on team ensuring devices are processed, tracked, shipped, and recorded accurately across multiple systems while meeting strict SLAs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service ticket management — Work within the customer’s ITSM platform, ensuring all tasks meet SLA requirements.
  • System updates — Maintain alignment between customer systems and internal Xeretec systems through accurate manual updates.
  • Joiners & leavers processing — Prepare and dispatch devices for next‑business‑day delivery.
  • Stock & CMDB updates — Move items in/out of stock and maintain accurate asset records at all times.
  • Autopilot pre‑provisioning — Trigger Autopilot setup on all outbound devices.
  • Delivery scheduling — Arrange collections and deliveries with end users.
  • Ticket documentation — Add tracking numbers, asset details, and progress updates.
  • Device cleaning & grading — Assess returned devices and prepare them for reuse.
  • Warranty management — Log and track Microsoft return‑to‑base warranty claims.
  • SLA reporting — Provide weekly updates to the Service Delivery Manager.
  • High‑volume refresh support — Assist with configuration and shipment of up to 500 laptops per week.
  • General warehouse support — Help the wider team during quieter periods.

  • Active SC Clearance (essential)
  • Experience in IT logistics, warehouse operations, or device lifecycle management
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
