The Data Analytics Manager leads the delivery of high-quality analytics services supporting various internal business units. This role oversees day-to-day operations, manages team resources and training, and collaborates closely with the Senior Management to deliver insights, dashboards, and automation solutions that drive client and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain client dashboards and reporting tools.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights and promote analytics capabilities.
- Support complex matters involving data analysis, reporting, and GenAI integration.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business and client reporting.
- Produce and maintain Legal Transformation dashboards for stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy, format conversions, and effective presentation across projects.
- Coach, mentor, and quality-check the work of junior analysts.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills with sound judgment.
- Proven experience in data analytics, reporting, and dashboard development.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI (or similar), and foundational knowledge of SQL or Python.
- Excellent data storytelling, visualization, and presentation skills.
- Experience with SharePoint, Power Automate, and MS Fabric advantageous.
- Degree in Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, or related field preferred.
- Ability to manage workload in a dynamic, agile environment and effectively delegate tasks.
